Licari Labs

Licari Lab is a prototyping, engineering, and R&D studio exploring the possibilities of additive manufacturing across a wide range of functional materials. 3D printing is treated as a tool for experimentation and rapid iteration, used to develop functional systems, adaptive products, and playful concepts including experimental footwear. The lab also collaborates with athletes with disabilities to design custom treads, pads, and performance components tailored to their specific needs. The lab specializes in advanced workflows for TPU and other soft polymers, producing flexible components, tooling, and performance prototypes. Through 3D scanning, custom CAD development, and material testing, Licari Lab creates highly tailored solutions where fit, comfort, and performance are critical.
