VAMPYRO is the official fashion line of MURCIELACO, a proposal that embodies the brand’s organic-futuristic spirit. It draws inspiration from the bat as a symbol of dark elegance and transformation, blending elements of modern gothic with references to advanced technology and mutant biology. Its aesthetic revolves around materials that evoke liquid metal, polished surfaces, and living textures, with a palette dominated by silver, black, neon, and dark chrome tones.

VAMPYRO garments appear sculpted—designed like organic exoskeletons or soft armors that wrap the body like a second alien skin. You'll feel maximum cushioning with every step, thanks to our custom-engineered printed midsoles that offer softness and support. Plus, each pair is precision-fitted to the shape of your feet, ensuring a personalized fit that gets even better over time. It's like stepping into the future of footwear!

How do I scan my feet?

Thats easy!

You just need a piece of paper and your mobile phone.

To scan your feet for Zellerfeld shoes, follow these steps:

After purchasing a pair of shoes, you will find a link on the "Thank You - Page" that will bring you to our scanning process in the same flow. If you dont use this method, we will send you an additional email reminder after ordering, so you can still scan your feet.

Scanning Instructions: The scanning process is browser-based, so you don't need to download any app. As long as your phone has a camera, you can proceed with the scan.

Accessing the Scan: Alternatively, you can go to the Zellerfeld website, log into your account, click on your profile, and select "My Footscan" to submit your scan.

This scanning method provides a more accurate fit than traditional shoe sizes.

What material are your shoes made from?

Its zellerFOAM®

zellerFOAM® is a specially developed TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). It is 100% recyclable and breathable, washable, as well as odor resistant.

What is your return and exchange policy?

As each pair is custom printed and precision fitted to the shape of your feet, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is any problem with your product (sizing, damages, etc) you can always contact our customer service.

Where do you ship and deliver to?

We ship globally, though some regions might have specific restrictions or additional shipping times.

Currently all Orders are being shipped from Germany.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Currently there is FREE Shipping for Orders to the US + EU.

All other Countries: $20 Flat Rate.

CUSTOMS:

Please also be aware of local customs / duties that can occur, which are not in our control.

How can I launch my own footwear?

Easy!

We’re open to anyone and launching a shoe is fully automated. The best way to do that is the following:
1. Join us at https://studio.zellerfeld.com/
2. Submit your 3D model following the guidelines
3. Wait until your product has passed the auto-check

We will then review your model, give you feedback and help you do everything needed to get it live and in production!
