About Yoku
[YOKU] derived from 'Shinrin-Yoku', a Japanese practice of bathing within nature focusing heavily on sensory interactions, barefoot being one of them. Forming the core identity, the sole is formed by simple pebble like shapes to imitate the anatomy of the foot and the shape our foots pressure map would create.
About the Creator
Everything we do influences our energy; from the spaces we inhabit to the clothing we wear. Jacob Cosquer, an English Artist honours this through careful reductions of organic shapes into timeless sculptures — subtle, honest and poetic in form.
