To scan your feet for Zellerfeld shoes, follow these steps:

After purchasing a pair of shoes, you will find a link on the "Thank You - Page" that will bring you to our scanning process in the same flow. If you dont use this method, we will send you an additional email reminder after ordering, so you can still scan your feet.

Scanning Instructions: The scanning process is browser-based, so you don't need to download any app. As long as your phone has a camera, you can proceed with the scan.

Accessing the Scan: Alternatively, you can go to the Zellerfeld website, log into your account, click on your profile, and select "My Footscan" to submit your scan.

This scanning method provides a more accurate fit than traditional shoe sizes.

As each pair is custom printed and precision fitted to the shape of your feet, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is any problem with your product (sizing, damages, etc) you can always contact our customer service.

We ship globally, though some regions might have specific restrictions or additional shipping times.

We’re open to anyone and launching a shoe is fully automated. The best way to do that is the following:
1. Join us at discord.gg/zellerfeld
2. Submit your 3D model following the guidelines in the #design-guide channel
3. Open a ticket in the #submit-model channel, send us your model, and ensure it passes the auto-check

We will then review your model, give you feedback and help you do everything needed to get it live and in production!
